Every wednesday a special ingredient will be the protagonist of dinner.
The White Ostuni Beach Club (Ostuni Marina – Monticelli, BR), former leader of the adriatic coast for aperitifs with music and for nights, also a restaurant on beach. Every day you can have lunch and dinner choosing from a wide range of freshly prepared dishes.
Starting this week, you will discover the best flavors of our beautiful country, the restaurant is launching a new regular event every Wednesday, in fact, there will be served special menus deddicated to an ingredient that characterise the taste of each course.
It begins this Wednesday, July 22 from 21 with ‘White & Mint’: mint has always held the curator grass excellence, it is fresh, aromatic and perfect for many applications in the kitchen.
